PERMANENT POSITION

Lovemore Bros Transport (Pty) Ltd are currently in search of a Warehouse Sales Consultant for a Permanent Position based in Durban, KZN.

The purpose of the role is to drive warehouse sales growth while maintaining hands-on involvement in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards across Lovemore Bros’ warehouse facilities. This role combines commercial acumen with technical and operational expertise to support the company’s integrated logistics and warehousing solutions.

WAREHOUSE SALES CONSULTANT VACANCY

Description:

Lovemore Bros Transport (Pty) Ltd are currently in search of a Warehouse Sales Consultant for a Permanent Position based in Durban, KZN.

The purpose of the role is to drive warehouse sales growth while maintaining hands-on involvement in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards across Lovemore Bros’ warehouse facilities. This role combines commercial acumen with technical and operational expertise to support the company’s integrated logistics and warehousing solutions.

Minimum Qualification/ Requirements:

    • Location: Durban (must reside in KZN)

    • Minimum 5 years of combined sales and warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial logistics or heavy-lift sectors

    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing warehouse operations effectively

    • Strong knowledge of industrial warehousing, project logistics, and clearing and forwarding

    • Proficiency with ERP systems

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred

    • English fluency (Zulu advantageous)

    • Minimum Code 8 driver’s license

Advantageous:

  • Experience in the industrial logistics or heavy-lift sectors

  • Technical understanding of warehouse systems and project logistics workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales to meet or exceed targets and expand market share

  • Manage client relationships, prepare commercial quotes, and negotiate contracts aligned with company goals

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with LBT policies and guidelines

  • Ensure adherence to customs, bonded warehouse regulations, and integrated logistics processes

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the sales and warehouse divisions

  • Utilize ERP systems for sales processing, inventory management, and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

On site Works:

  • Full time, Monday to Thursday: 07h00 – 17h00

  • Friday: 07h00 – 14h30

  • Saturday: as per operational requirement (with prior notice)

  • Work locations: Nipper Road (Pinetown) and Cato Ridge
