Specialised handling equipment and tooling used is product-specific to ensure efficient process times and cargo protection. All cargo handling is performed by qualified and experienced riggers, always ensuring that every move adheres to the strictest safety standards.
Communication between the client and our Warehouse Management team is continuous throughout the operation.
Our Warehousing & Material Handling Solution comprises the following:
- Indoor & Outdoor Storage – facilities that cater to a diverse range of storage requirements.
- Packing & Unpacking Containers – our facilities are equipped with loading ramps as well as forklifts to handle the packing or unpacking of product.
- Bonded Storage – providing storage for product importers & exporters
- Lashing & Strapping – products are secured to containers using Cord Strap or steel wire to prevent movement during transport.
- Timber Crating – ISPM-15 compliant timber crates are custom designed & built for the transport of products. Padding material is used to provide protection where required.
- Weather Proofing – plastic wrapping, heat shrinking and desiccant bags are used to protect products from the elements.
- Overhead Gantries for heavy machine handling – 45T load capacity and 16m height
- Forklifts and Reach Stackers to easily move and lift material
